The band originally started somewhere in late 2003 when Samad met Midon at their friends party's. At the same time Midon was searching for a guitarist for his current band (Desperate Soul) where Midon was a guitar/vocal in the band. They had a rehearsal for several times but it didn't gave them much chance to improve the ideas plus Midon move to stay with his family in Putrajaya while Samad live in Puchong. After had a conversation they decided to leave the band and create new, then Corporeal Sickness has been chosen for the name of their new band. They keep practising guitars and compose music to improve their skills and ideas, at the same time they're still searching for a drummer.
Early 2005 Samad move to Bandar Baru Bangi and this is the beginning where they found a new drummer. One day while Samad, Midon and their friends have a dinner at the restaurant they saw a guy with a long hair sit next from their table. Midon wondered if the guy can play drums so he planned to ask him. They followed the guy and found that he was a studio operator. So Midon tried to know him more. What a lucky number that they found he was an ex-vocal/guitar of BreakTheSilence and ex -2nd vocalist of Spermblast and also an one man band called TheTypicalFilthyGrindz. His name - A.P Filthgrinder (or known as A.P.Hellthroat in BreakTheSilence). Firstly they felt a little disappointment (damn! He's not a drummer!). After had a long talk with him, he told them he was a drummer before. Thank GOD! he was played with Corpora Cavernosa (formely known as SAKRATH), Rengkong Tekeluaq and other band before, so Midon try to ask him if he like to join Corporeal Sickness. At the first place he refused, because he said he never played drums for death metal band. Midon keep trying persuading him, then at last, he agreed to try, to beat it. So the new journey of Corporeal Sickness has begun.
Samad and Midon learn a lot of new idea, influence and experience from him. So they changed the style of music from time to time. It tooks a year to year to rehearse and to find chemistry between them and as the result they finally found what they want. It was like a dreams come true. Because of that, the decision has been made. They created a new name, a new band together..a new style of Corporeal Sickness changed to INNARDS DECAY.
In early 2007, they have recorded a few songs for the 3 way split cd will be release under Reverb Production (Malaysia). The lineup for the recorded materials was A.P. Filthgrinder (drums and vocals), Samad (guitars and bass), Midon (guitars). The materials recorded with a small budget. The mixing process done by A.P. Filthgrinder himself. After that, they search a new member to take place as a vocalist. It’s hard for A.P. to do two things at the same time. So Midon suggested his friend, Amal. Amal have the voice to take the position. They listened and found Amal’s great voice in Kemolok, but still need lots to learn (Kemolok was a side project band from Midon). After had a discussion between A.P., Samad and also Midon, they agreed to take Amal to handle the position. A.P. trained and shared his experiences to Amal for upgrading his vocals more. So they keep on rehearsing for new songs with new vocalist and Amal done a great job for that.
Still in the same year. The band still not completed yet. So A.P. asked Wan(guitarist from Anguish) to join with Innards Decay to fill in the last position - Bassist. Since Wan have same interest and influence in musick that Innards Decay played and he agreed without any hesitation. So, Innards Decay has completed! 5 members in it, at last!
